Rent Domain Ivenue.net
You can rent domain Ivenue.net for up to 12 months with an option to extend or renew at the end of the term. The domain use during the rental period is governed as per the rental agreement. Rental is payable monthly in advance. Rental is calculated independent to the potential sales price of the said domain.
Logistics
Once the rental agreement is completed and executed, the DNS (Domain Name Servers) will be changed to the renter of the domain. DNS replication may take up to 48 hrs however usually occurs in 4 to 8 hrs.
Failure to Pay Rental
In the event that the renter does not pay rent on or before the agreed date thw following can occur
- the landlord or lessor shall contact the domain renter and request payment within 7 days and/or
- the landlord shall issue a 'notice to quit' giving the renter 14 days to settle outstanding debts and make alternative arrangement for domain use ie use another domain
- upon the passing of 14 days 'notice to quit', the landlord will change DNS back to the landlords DNS
Renting a domain gives you the opportunity to use a domain that you may not be able to purchase outright. This can give businesses the option to use a domain which defines their idea, product or service.
